What people ask us first

Do I need an exam if I see fine?

Yes. An exam checks the health of your eyes as well as your vision, and some problems give no signs at first. The doctor tells you how often to come back.

Do you work with my vision plan?

We work with many vision and medical plans. Call us with your plan's name and we confirm it before your visit.

Why was part of my visit billed to medical insurance?

A routine exam is billed to your vision plan. If the doctor looks at an eye problem or an eye disease, that part is billed to your medical insurance. We explain it beforehand.

Can I fill my prescription somewhere else?

Yes. Your prescription is yours. We give you a copy and you can fill it anywhere.

What do I need to bring to my visit?

Your plan card, an ID, the glasses and contact lenses you wear now, and a list of the medicines you take.

This week, after work

Call us or leave your number and we will book your visit.
